In the facilities we design, we customize the design of each equipment according to the material characteristics, the selection of materials for its manufacture and the overall plant design, taking into account the physical and chemical properties of the materials, additives or mixtures.
Construction, steel construction and process platforms and equipment designs are designed by thinking holistically; in this way, we create production facilities that are easier to operate and more efficient.
In our complete facility designs, we are trying to create a simple and uncomplicated structure, focusing on each maintenance point, developing designs taking into account maintenance periods and difficulty. We design user-friendly production facilities with the awareness that the facilities where preventive and predictive maintenance can be done comfortably have been working smoothly for many years.
Manufacturing and Supply
After all the manufacturing drawings of the completed facilities have been prepared, we make resource planning in accordance with the project schedule. Our group company is ALFER A.Sh. together with our manufacturing factory, we carry out their production and supply of complementary equipment and carry out timely and budget-appropriate facility production.
Installation and Commissioning
With our experienced assembly team and commissioning engineers, we integrate the facilities where we have completed mechanical and electrical assemblies in accordance with the occupational safety rules in the field into the automation system and put them into operation to meet the desired capacity and accuracy values. Thus, we deliver the facilities to our customers in order to work smoothly and continuously.
Automation
In accordance with the process design, we prepare P&ID diagrams containing process flow, process equipment and automation instruments, prepare process work scenarios and create facilities that work with full automation.
